It’s February in the Great White North and welcome to it!

Kingston’s in that yellow blog on the far right

Greg just called, those slackers at RMC shut down at 10am, and tells me that windblown ice pellets hurt.

15cm of snow mixed with ice pellets today and another 10cm overnight. Good thing I replaced the tires on the van in December.

It’s ugly, Gord. Nobody could get into my missus’ office, but she caught the bus. No problemo.
Take it easy, now is not the day to drive like our buddy Sammy Hagar.

Meh … It’s February, Gary. It gets like this.

Anyone rushgn about will simply prove that natural selection is still functioning. ;-)

Okay, so maybe I’m not jealous. Maybe this is the reason I didn’t move any further north than Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Thanks for popping in at my blog!

I’ll post some shovelling pictures tomorrow, Flea. :-) I actually love the white stuff, too.

I took the bus, too, and managed to catch all three of them without any wait. W00t! I love weather.

I’ve posted some photos and videos of today’s storm at my blog if anyone is interested.

    Of course, we drove.

Twas a just fine drive in though I was amazed as usual that the invisible brigade of kingston snow removal operators were missing from the city (must have been a convention of imaginary people somwhere)..

The crown corporation for which I work sent us home at about 3:00pm.. We are hardier than those who hang around military officer types.
