Blah, blah, blah … New Year’s … Blah, blah.
Happy happy and all that. If you make resolutions, try not to feel too guilty when you break them. It always happens. My only goal for the year is to get into a bit better shape. I’m tired of being flabby and it’s time to do something about it.
We went out to Chapters a couple of days ago (Phil and I had gift cards to spend) and while perusing the calendars (50% off!) I spotted this one:
Yup. 300+ paper airplanes to fold and fly. Not a bad deal for $8.50. I’ll post the better flying ones.
No, I haven’t forgotten the rest of the Florida report. I’ve tried, but it’s still nagging me. I’ll try to do it before I go back to work on Monday.
and the flooring…
Happy New Year, Gord!
That looks like a gread calander to share with the kids! You’re such a good Dad!
“great” calander.
Who said anything about sharing, Kate?
I don’t think I made any New Year resolutions. Do they have to be made on the 1st? …cuz I missed my chance. Maybe I’ll resolve not to forget important things, like making resolutions on the correct day.
Cool calendar! You’ll have to track how far each one flies.
So far, cm, the first one spiralled into the floor and the second swooped across the room.
i’m not into calendars at all but this one may have changed my mind. happy 2010 gordo
Pear is a shape, and so is round, lots of great things are those two shapes, like donuts and beer caps, pizza, ME, dont get in shape because you will develop a hamstring and invariably pull it.
Remember in Japan, SUMO wrestlers are national heros, and Buddha is always smiling, and the most popular person in the world is Santa( not exactly Joe Weider).
I got an origami calender a few years back, got all excited about it, and made exactly one origami figure.
Hope you have a better track record with the airplanes.
Happy New Year!
We had a book like that calendar. I think we never finished it. That’s rather pathetic isn’t it?
