Before they were ready to tackle any situation without thinking about the consequences, and/or results of their actions (Getting involved in The Korean and Vietnam Wars) But now they're to scared to look at a neon sign, or in this case a home-made motion detector, without yelling BOMB!!!! Hmmm reminds me a child-hood story my father used to tell me, and it is THE BOY WHO CRIED WOLF!
